Our rental rates vary based on the season. Due to repeat guests and referrals by guests, we generally tend to book up earlier than most places. Therefore, now is a good time to see if the dates you want are available.We are now accepting reservations for 2026 and 2027.

| Monthly rentals (28 consecutive days plus) receive a 20% discount. | |
| Rent includes wireless internet, local telephone calls, and electric/gas/water utilities. There is a $350 per week housekeeping fee. In addition, we are also required to charge and pay to Aruba a Tourist Tax of 12.5% of the rental fee as well as an Environmental Levy of $15 per night. | |
