General Terms & Conditions

Reservation/Deposit/Final Payment
A nonrefundable deposit equal to 33.33% of the total rental charge is required with a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. Final payment of 66.67% of the total rental charge is due at least 30 days prior to your first date of occupancy.

Cancellations
The initial deposit equal to 33.33% of the total rental charge is nonrefundable. Final payments are generally nonrefundable for cancellations received after 30 days prior to your first date of occupancy. Refunds of final payments may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of $500 per week is required at the time of final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded, less any international telephone charges and damage, in 30 - 90 days depending on several factors including, but not limited to, local telephone billing cycles. We expedite the refunds of deposits as best we can. The cost of any damage and phone charges in excess of the Security Deposit will be due within 15 days of receipt of our statement.

Check-in and Check-out Times
ArubaHouse will be available for check-in after 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Please contact our house manager if you need to make an exception.

Taxes, Housekeeping Fee, and Utilities
Local telephone calls and all utilities including electric, water, and gas, are included in your rental payment. There is a housekeeping fee of $350 per week. We are also required to charge and pay to Aruba a Tourist Tax of 12.5% of the rental fee as well as an Environmental Levy of $3 per bedroom used per night.
