Aruba Wine, Food & Art Festival

Description: The second annual Aruba Wine, Food & Art Festival
Date: Thursday, May 4, 2006  -  Sunday, May 7, 2006  (every Day)

* May 4th
Arrival and check in of guests & dignitaries.
Press Conference: 4 p.m. Writers, Photographers, Magazines & TV with Celebrity Chefs, Local Artists & Musicians, Buena Vista Room.
Main Event: Wine & Food Tasting & Art exhibition, Open to the Public, Admission $20 per person, 6 p.m. – 11 p.m., in the Palm Beach Ballroom, Wine & Food Pairing with the Aruba Gastronomic Association. Among participating restaurants Hostaria da Vittorio, Chez Mathilde, Pago Pago, Le Dome, Trattoria Faro Blanco, Aqua Grill and Ventanas del Mar.
Art exhibit available for viewing and sale. Valet parking available.

* May 5th
Trade Fair: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Organized by local and International Wine and Liquor Purveyors, in honor of their clients. By invitations only.
Art exhibit available for viewing and sale, all day.
Main Event: Ceviche Festival, 6:30 – 11 p.m. Cocktails pool side 6:30 - 8 p.m. Dinner, on the beach with Celebrity Chef Guillermo Perno, Nuevo Latino cuisine, 8 p.m. Wine pairing will be sponsor by Romar Trading. Beach Boys Boogie Mania with EA from Venezuela. Open to the Public at $85 per person including cocktails and wines.

* May 6th
Art exhibit available for viewing and sale, all day.
Main Event: Final Champaign Banquet, a five course meal paired with, Dom Perignon Brut, Moet Chandon Nectar Imperial, Moet Chandon Rose, Moet Chandon Brut, Moet Chandon Demi sec, with celebrity chef Michael Cressotti, SushiSamba/Barbounia, NYC from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Exciting Art Auction with professional auctioneer.
Tickets for a limited number of participants are available via the Wine Club of Aruba and in the lobby of the Wyndham Aruba resort Spa & Casino at $120 per person. Dinner will be followed by a concert EA, Wyndham & Fire with Grupo EA, from Venezuela, in the Grand Ballroom at 11:00 p.m.
The concert, a tribute to Earth, Wind and Fire, is also open to the public, admission $20 per person.
